1. Information We Collect

  • Account: email address, name, and (where available) profile picture from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Kakao, LINE) or email registration. We never see provider passwords; passwords for email registration are stored only as salted one-way hashes.
  • Optional profile: gender, birthdate, phone, address — provided by you on My Page.
  • Member videos: videos featuring you, produced at participating sites.
  • Usage: sign-in history (time, IP, device) and session cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate your account and operate single sign-on across *.4dist.com sites.
  • Match member videos to your account and deliver them to you.
  • Allow Admins and Site Managers to approve and manage site membership.
  • Send notifications about your account status and security.
  • Improve the Service and produce aggregated, de-identified statistics and analytics (e.g., usage and demographic trends). Optional profile fields you provide (such as gender and birthdate) are used only for this purpose, on an aggregated basis.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Profile information is visible only to the Admins and Site Managers responsible for your site. Infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and CDN services) process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie (sid_site, domain .4dist.com) strictly for sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion, except where retention is required by law. Request deletion anytime via info@4dreplay.com.

6. Your Rights

You may access and correct your profile on My Page, control the visibility (Public/Private) of your videos, and request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to personal data is limited to authorized roles.

4DReplay, Inc. is a U.S. company. Personal information collected through the Service is stored and processed on servers located in the United States, regardless of where you use the Service from. Data is protected in transit by TLS encryption.

10. Children's Privacy

Children under 13 may not register on their own; registration requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without such consent, we will delete it promptly. Filming of academy participants is governed by the separate agreement between the participant (or guardian) and the academy/site operator.
