By accessing or using 4dist.com and affiliated site services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may create an account with a supported third-party provider (Google, Apple, Kakao, LINE) or an email address. New accounts require approval by an Admin or a Site Manager before access is granted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 13 years old to register on your own; younger children may register and use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. See the Privacy Policy for how children's information is handled.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Do not share your account access with others.

All content provided through the Service is owned by or licensed to 4DReplay, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Member videos are governed by the Copyright & Media Use Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4DReplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
